Steps and Step templates ​

OneReach.ai operates using two terms: Steps and Step templates.

Steps are the building blocks of a Flow used for creating and executing logic: from sending a text message to integrating with salesforce. There is no limit to the number of Steps a Flow can contain.

Step templates are pre-built reusable solutions. You can download Step templates from the Library (and edit afterward if needed) or create them from scratch.

Once you have customized the Step template and added it to the Flow tree, it becomes a Step. What you see on the Flow tree are, in most cases, multiple Step-instances of the same Step template.
