Add Bots ​

To add a new Bot, click the blue Plus button in the bottom right corner of the screen. A menu with the options to either download a Bot from the Library or create a blank one will appear. If you choose to download a Bot from the Library, the Library iFrame will open, where you can select and download available Bot templates to your account. Search for the needed Bot in the All Bots tab. This tab contains Bots of the most common scenarios. You can download the needed Bot by clicking Download as many times as you need. Navigate to the Favorites tab to search for Bots that you have previously marked as favorites.

If you choose to create a new Bot, an empty Bot panel on the right-hand side will display the Bot details. This is where you specify the Bot name and description and add its icon URL. When you have finished, click Save. Make sure you have added the Bot name. Otherwise, you won't be able to save it.

By creating a Bot, you create a container where you can manage Flows to control and execute your business scenarios.

You can download, configure, or even customize a Bot from the Library as many times as you like.

Organize Bots ​

By default, Bots are sorted by last updated, but you can also sort them by name. You can also choose how to display your Bots - in the form of rows or tiles to see more details in the preview. To customize the view, click the buttons in the upper right corner .

Assign tags to group and organize your Bots. Click the Expand button on the left-hand side to expand the panel. Here you can search both Bots and Flows by tags, create new tags, or edit/delete existing ones. The list of tags is the same for both Bots and Flows. To add a new tag, click +Add tag. To edit the tag name or delete existing tags, click the Ellipsis button.

Add Bots to favorites ​

If you interact with some Bots from the Library often, adding them to your favorites will quicken the process of finding them. There are two ways how you can do that:

1. From the Library itself: navigate to the Library, find the needed Bot, and click the Star icon in the upper right corner of the Bot image. Bots, marked as favorites, will land in the Favorites tab on the left-hand side.
2. From the Library iFrame, without leaving the Designer: click the blue Plus button in the bottom right corner of the Canvas, then click Download from Library. By default, you will land on the All Bots tab. Find the necessary Bot and click the Star icon in the upper right corner of the Bot image. Bots marked as favorites will land in the Favorites tab in the Library iFrame.
