Flows ​

Flows perform a specific use case (or skill) that the Bot can handle. A Bot can have almost unlimited Flows, so you can make it as simple or complex as needed. Generally, as Bots evolve to handle more use cases, more Flows (skills) are added to support that functionality.

You can download Flows from the Library (and customize them afterward if desired) or create them from scratch. There is no limit to the number of Flows a Bot can contain, which means the Bot can accommodate an unlimited variety of execution logic scenarios.
