Add Flows to your Bot

The Flow cannot exist outside of a Bot, so to add a Flow, you first need to add/create a Bot. Please follow this guide for instructions on how to add a Bot.

Once you are inside the Bot, click the blue Plus button in the bottom right corner of the screen to add a Flow. A menu with the options to either add a blank Flow, select a Starter Flow or download from the Library will appear.

If you choose to add a blank Flow, a blank Flow page with a sidebar containing the Flow details will open. Use the General tab to specify the Flow name, description, and other properties. When you have finished, click Save flow or click the expander arrow to Save & activate your Flow.

If you choose to download a Flow from the Library, click Download from Library. You will land on the All Flows tab in the Library iFrame. This tab contains all possible Flows that you can download to the Bot you are currently in. The Favorites tab contains Flows that you have previously marked as favorites. The Starters tab lists pre-defined channel templates (like Slack, SMS, Viber, etc.) that contain all necessary Step templates updated to the latest version. Once you have downloaded the Starter Flow, you will be taken to the Starter Flow page directly. You can download a Flow as many times as you need.

Organize Flows

By default, Flows are sorted by last updated, but you can also sort them by name, last updated, or date activated. Group and organize your Flows by assigning tags to them. Click the Expand button Expand panel on the left-hand side to expand the Navigation panel. Here you can search both Bots and Flows by tags, create new ones, or edit/delete existing ones. To add a new tag, click +Add tag. To edit the tag name or delete existing tags, click the Ellipsis buttonEllipsis.

You can also choose how to display your Flows - in the form of rows or tiles. To customize the view, click the buttons in the upper right corner Row Grid.

To hide your Flow, first, click the Hide button Hide in the Navigation panel, then click the Hide button on the Flow tile. A blue dot next to the Visibility button Visibility on the panel means you have hidden Flows that are currently not displayed. To display all Flows, click the Visibility button.
