Bots ​

A Bot is created to accomplish certain business goals (interact with a web visitor, send appointment reminders, answer phone calls, etc.). Think of a Bot as a container that holds workflows that perform various tasks.

You can download and configure Bots from the Library or create them from scratch. To use a Library Bot, search and download the template you want from the Library. Once you have downloaded the Bot, you can configure or customize it as needed. You can also install some Bots instead of downloading (ex., the LiveAgent Reporting Bot). Its Flows will be automatically activated and all related data - created (like Tables, Views, Cards, etc.). Such Bots have the Install button instead of the Download button.

There is no limit to the number of Bot copies you can download. If you cannot find the necessary Bot to represent your use case, create a custom Bot to meet your needs.
