Delete Flows ​

To delete a Flow, enter the Edit mode, then click Delete in the bottom right corner of the screen. On clicking Delete, you will need to confirm the action. Deleting the Flow will move it along with all of the Steps it contains to the Trash Bin Trash bin, and the Flow will be automatically deactivated.

Note

Permission level restrictions apply. If your permission level is User, you can delete/deactivate only those Flows created with the User permission level. All other Flows remain active.

To permanently delete a Flow, navigate to the Trash Bin and click Delete Permanently Trash bin.

Warning

Clicking Delete Permanently deletes all custom Steps that exist within a certain Flow along with that Flow.
