Report a problem ​

To report a problem, open the Flow you are having trouble with and click Report a problem .

You will be required to fill out the pop-up form. Kindly provide as much information as possible on the issue you are facing so that we can tackle it right away.

Describe your actions when the error occurred and provide screenshots if possible and applicable. Tick Include Flow source if you would like us to have a look at the source. Set the priority depending on how critical the error is. Feel free to leave your email so that we can contact you.

Once done, click Submit.

What's next? ​

Clicking Submit creates a ticket in the Tickets system for our Support team. You will receive updates via email.
