Edit/delete Bots ​

To edit the Bot name, description, or icon URL, click on the text you would like to change in the right-hand Bot panel. You can also hover your cursor over the text and click the Edit button Edit that appears to the right.

To delete a Bot, click Delete in the bottom right corner of the screen. This action will move the Bot along with all Flows it contains to the Trash Bin. All Flows will be automatically deactivated and no longer respond. On clicking Delete, you will need to confirm the action.

Note

Permission level restrictions apply. If your permission level is User, you can delete only those Bots created with the User permission level.

If you need to permanently delete a Bot, navigate to the Trash Bin and click Delete Permanently Trash bin.

Warning

Once you have permanently deleted a Bot from the Trash Bin, you will not be able to recover it.
